Delivery Reporting Services
dxNow® offers a wide array of rich reporting functions to help you manage your shipments and business with Dynamex. Generate reports containing order information for a single day or a range of days that can be printed or easily viewed on screen.
Order Detail Report
The Order Detail Report provides a detailed list of all the deliveries in the selected date range, complete with pick-up, delivery, and order completion information, if applicable.
Reference Code Report
The Reference Code Report is similar to the Order Detail Report in that, it also provides a detailed list of all orders in the selected date range. However, with this report, the orders are grouped together and sub-totaled by the reference code that was entered on the Order Now Screen at the time the order was placed. Therefore, the Reference Code Report allows you to track your shipping by individual, department, client, and more.
Download Order Data
The Download Order Data Report provides the same information available in either the Order Detail Report or the Reference Code Report. However, in the Download Data Report, information is provided in comma-separated format (.csv), which can be imported into an Excel® spreadsheet, database, or your own business system. For customers using XML, ask about our status updating and reporting capability in XML format.
